An online advertisement from the European cruiserweight champion generated some hot responses. Hundreds of girls applied for the job – David ‘the Hayemaker' Haye selected five. Professional boxer and former model Haye put out an advertisement on MySpace. It generated a fair amount of interest, with applications from over 300 hopeful girls. Only young and hot girls applied, with or without previous experience.“I have had some of the most beautiful girls from around the world apply to do the job. It's nice to sit down and see nice looking girls, while I'm in the ring," said Haye. Haye spices up shows with nice looking ring card girls and claims people come to the fight to see these girls too. The girls wear hot pants and little tops with “Hayemaker” written in white. The look is finished of with fishnet stockings and high black boots. “Everyone is happy with the outfits. Besides, they'll be wearing more clothes than me”, says Haye. The chosen five work as models, Page 3 girls, music video girls and TV presenters. One of them, Maysoon, is the most popular video girl in the UK, while Jerry Byrne is a sought after Page 3 model. Swedish Dominica and Dutch Samantha both have successful careers as models. Louise White is the current Miss Great Britain runner up, model and TV presenter. But, she should have been the winner. As the previous Miss Great Britain winner, Danielle Lloyd, stepped down, Louise thought the title would automatically be handed down to her. “It went to a public vote in the Sun and the girl who came fifth is now the new Miss Great Britain," says Louise and claims nothing is fair in this world. Louise has been a ring card girl for other boxers but is now dedicated to David Haye. The same five bubbly and good-looking girls will be at every fight, representing David's Hayemaker brand. Their job is to walk round the ring after each round holding a card. It is all about entertaining the public. It makes a nice change to promote a muscular hunk like David, as modelling is not as glamorous as it is made out to be. Some jobs include standing around in underwear all day. Sometimes, personal attributes may force a model to turndown a job. “Once my boobs were too big," explained Louise. She is more than happy with the ring card girl outfit. “It's quite minimal but not too revealing." Swedish model, Dominica Westling divides her time between London and Miami. She is a beauty with brains, having earned a bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Dominica does swimwear modelling, magazine shoots and music videos. The advantage with modelling, according to Dominica, is the travelling and that no job is ever the same. But, her main ambition is to become an actress. Lads at York Hall are definitively interested in the Hayemaker girls, interrupting our interview to chat up Dominica. Clearly, the outfits cause a lot of stir and ogling. Dominica poses for photographs and talks to admirers brave enough to ask questions and the girls do get a lot of attention.“I don't mind the attention. I'm a confident person and might as well use it to my advantage. Just like Pamela Anderson has cleverly done," says Dominica. David's ring card girls did him proud at the latest event; the public went wild every time they paraded round the ring. However, there is a risk their duties might be cut short. “I always go for a knock-out. I have a big swooping punch that knocks my opponent unconscious," says the Hayemaker. What a bore Dec 19th 2006, 03:28:11 by paulsmith David needs to spend more time concentrating on his stamina and performances in the ring.All this bullshit about him being a model,dont make me laugh he couldnt model an AiRfix MODEL. Trust me this guy is another Audley waiting to happen.Macca would smash him.
