Dean Powell to train Amir Khan for next fight by British Boxing May 1st 2008

Olympic silver medalist and unbeaten pro Amir Khan will be trained by Dean Powell for his next fight which will take place in Birmingham on June 21st. Powell, who is also Sports Networks matchmaker will train Khan after his split from trainer Oliver Harrison after 'a breakdown in communications' A decision on a permanent trainer will be taken after the next fight, the names of a number of American trainers have been touted around. No opponent has been named for the 21st June fight as yet.
