The second Prizefighter tournament will take place in Newcastle on the 12th September 2008.
Once again the tournament will feature British boxers from the heavyweight division.
At the moment the line up is as follows.
Dave Ferguson, who took place in the first tournament, and lost in the semi-final to winner Martin Rogan, he is currently 7-1.
Chris Burton, unbeaten Darlington heavyweight who is 11-0.
Ian Millarvie, Scottish heavyweight who is currently 7-0.
Scott Belshaw, 6ft 7in heavyweight from Ireland, he's currently 9-1, after avenging his only lose to Daniel Peret in Dagenham last night (July 18th)
Dave Ingleby, Morecambe based heavyweight who is 5-21-1, holds a win over Dean O'Loughlin who is also competing.
Dean O'Loughlin, former Rugby League star based in Hull, who is 4-1 with two stoppage wins over Lee Webb.
Pele Reid - Birmingham based Reid is the most experienced of the bunch at 19-5-2, 17 of his wins coming inside the distance, also all his losses have come by the way of stoppage.
Sam Sexton - Norwich born heavyweight who lost last time out to Derek Chisora and has a record of 7-1-0.
On standby are unbeaten Danny Hughes from Sunderland who is 4-0-1 and Dewsbury's Zahid Kuhat who has won both of his professional contests to date.
The line-up is of course subject to change and a further announcement is expected on Monday the 21st.
