If you're on holiday on the Costa Blanca in Benidorm in the second week of August and fancy some boxing instead of the nightclub, then there is a show with some well known European as well as British boxers appearing in the Plaza de Toros in Benidorm on the 12th of August 2008. Steve Williams is a former Commonwealth medallist who boxing out of the Zetland Boxing Club in Grangemouth in Scotland. He now runs a sporting club and a boxing gymnasium, the Sparta Gym in the town of Javea about 20 kms north east of Benidorm. Steve is the first Extranjero (foreigner) in Spain to attain a Spanish Promoters Licence enabling him to promote events; hence his recently successful shows on the Costa, some of which have been covered by Eurosport.
