Yes, you read it right. Whilst surfing the schedules, BBN's Statto Taylor came across this gem listed on Boxrec: www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=14128&cat=boxer Franklin Egobi, a Nigerian living in London, gets a tilt at the LATVIAN heavyweight title against Edgar Kalnars - who is Latvian though reportedly resides in Germany. This showdown of the ages (if you're a Latvian of Nigerian descent or vice-versa) happens on 18th October in the Olympic Hall, Liepaja, Latvia (where else would it be?) Anyway, just thought you should know. I'm sure there'll be a rational explanation. No I'm not.
