British heavyweight title challenger Sam Sexton has enlisted the help of one of Norwich's biggest stars to get him ready for Danny Williams.
Sexton will be following the ultra-healthy recipes of celebrity chef Delia Smith in a bid to be in better shape than ever before when he tackles Williams on February 13 at Wembley Arena.
And the Commonwealth champion has got one message for Williams - "Let's be havin' yer".
"Until a year ago I couldn't boil an egg," said Sexton.
"But I've taken up cooking as part of my new training regime.
"Around the time I lost to Derek Chisora I wasn't in the best of shape and I vowed never to go into a fight under-prepared again.
"I worked harder than ever in the gym, and also started to prepare my own meals with the help of a nutritionist to make sure all the ingredients were healthy.
"I've got the recipe books of all the best chefs, but the one I've been following most closely is Delia Smith.
"Her food worked twice for me against Martin Rogan. I don't think I've ever been in such good shape for fights before, especially the second time when I knew that whatever Rogan threw at me I'd more than be a match for.
"It will be the same against Williams. I've got plenty of respect for Danny and everything that he's achieved, but there is no way on earth that he can beat me.
"Even if the Danny Williams who beat Mike Tyson turns up then he's still in trouble.
"At the press conference the other week Williams said that he wanted to take the fight to me, but that suits me just fine. I've only got one thing to say to him - Let's be havin' yer!"
