Former British champion Robert Dickie dies

Former British featherweight and super-featherweight champion boxer Robert Dickie has died at the age of 46.

The Welsh fighter won 22, 15 by way of knock-out and lost two of his 28 professional fights between 1983 and 1993.

He won the vacant British featherweight crown after defeating John Feeney on points at the Royal Albert Hall in April 1986 he added the British super-feather belt in 1991 beating Kevin Pritchard.
