Leeds southpaw Mark Reynolds is off of Tuesday's Leeds bill due to a shoulder injury.
The complete bill now features Mark Bateson's debutant Tommy Broadbent, who gets a decent test against Steven Cooper, who has reportedly never failed to score a knockdown in each of his five bouts, at welterweight.
In addition, Martin Gethin and Kristian Laight do battle in a rematch over 6 x 2's, also at welter, while Sheffield's Tyan Booth takes on Birmingham's tricky and underrated Tony Randell at middleweight.
Bateson is hopeful Reynolds will be back in action before the end of the year, “Danny has been unable to do press-ups, and his sparring has been effected, so we didn't want to risk putting him in at 65% -a week can make a lot of difference to this type of injury and I think we can expect to see Danny back in early December,” he told us.
