They'll be great to listen to while out working. Steve if your still stuck on "Podcasts" I'll get one of the 9 year old kids in the gym to give you a quick lesson, and show you how to get them on to your MP3/4 player (they'll show you where to get a nice cheap one if you aint got one yet lol).
