by Kevin Taylor
Apr 5th 2008
The draw for the quarter finals of the Prizefighter tournament took place this morning on Soccer AM, aptly with Barry Hearn promoting the show, pool balls were used to make the draw.

First out of the hat was unbeaten Dave Ferguson who will fight Billy Bessey in the first quarter final, next out came Alex Ibbs and Martin Rogan.

Bessey's stablemate Colin Kenna, who earlier quipped that it didn't matter to him if the friends fought because he would win, was drawn against Melton Mowbray's Paul Butlin and the winner of that will face either competition favourite David Dolan or Darren Morgan.

The tournament takes place at the York Hall in Bethnal Green and is to shown live on Sky Sports next Friday evening at 9.30.
